Here is a great rom collection of 181 games from the old NeoGeo console and the emulator is also included. Also included are screen shots of the opening screen of the games.
There is nothing to install just bwose out the the NeoRAGEx 5.0 folder nd run NeoRAGEx 5.0NeoRAGEx 5.0.exe there you just browse out the the location of the roms and have fun.
-Press "Import" if ROMs don't appear in list
